The Global Aviation Group team provides professional representation to the aircraft buyer through our Aircraft Acquisition Program. We offer our clients objective, unbiased third party representation. To assure the purchaser that we are free of any potential conflict of interest, we will represent only one client for a specific aircraft type at a time, ensuring our undivided attention on their behalf.

Confidentiality:

Our clients can expect complete confidentiality throughout the process. With confidentiality comes trust and security. We can ensure that the client's identity will be divulged on a "need to know" basis.

Full Disclosure:

We believe in full disclosure between Global Aviation Group and the client. We commit ourselves to serving the interests of our clients. In return, we expect their commitment to us.

Compensation:

Our acquisition services are offered on a fee for service basis, giving our clients a level of protection rarely offered. Because we are compensated directly by our clients, it is clear that we serve their interests and their interests only. The savings realized by the client, along with the added value of services that our team provides will more than compensate for Global Aviation Group's fees.

How does it work?

TOP

First: The Beginning:

The Global Aviation Group team will meet with those decision makers who will be involved in your acquisition. We will discuss your current travel needs, anticipated changes in travel patterns, specific equipment and amenities you desire, along with any special needs that you may have. We'll prepare projected operating budgets for your review. Finally, we'll discuss the investment you are willing to make. Our team will then make experienced recommendations that will best suit your overall needs.

Second: The Search:

Global Aviation Group will conduct an "all out" search for the very best aircraft to meet your requirements. With the use of our computerized research techniques, we will search out aircraft presently on the market as well as those not known to be for sale.

Third: The Market Report:

Once the search is complete, Global Aviation Group will provide the client with a report listing all available aircraft meeting the clients needs, along with a comparative analysis of the aircraft. This report will also provide information regarding recent of transactions of similar aircraft to assist in determining pricing. From this report, the Global Aviation Group professionals, along with the client, will narrow the list of available aircraft to a "short list" for further scrutiny.

Fourth: The Initial Inspection:

Global Aviation Group will provide expert assistance in evaluating the aircraft under consideration. This will include a review of the aircraft's technical records, a thorough walk around inspection, verification of introductory information provided by the seller, a determination of the ownership history and past use of the aircraft, and a review of upcoming maintenance items and projected costs. With this review complete, will make a recommendation to the client as to the most suitable aircraft for their purpose and suggest an offering price for the target aircraft.

Fifth: The Negotiation:

Global Aviation Group encourages active participation by our clients throughout the entire process. We will work hand in hand with your counsel in preparing offers, contracts, and any other documents that may be required. We work on your behalf to ensure that the most favorable terms and conditions are achieved.

Sixth: The Pre-Closing Inspection:

Prior to finalizing the purchase, Global Aviation Group will arrange for and supervise a detailed structural and mechanical inspection of the aircraft. We will determine the facility most suitable to complete this extremely complex series of inspections. Once the inspections have been completed, we will evaluate the results and determine whether to complete the purchase.

Seventh: The Final Step, "The Closing":

With the inspections completed and any necessary corrections made, the closing process begins. It is our goal to make the end of this process as convenient and effortless as possible for our clients, limiting any distraction or loss of time that could potentially occur. The Global Aviation Group professionals will draft all required documents, and will coordinate every detail with counsel, escrow company, financial institutions and the seller.
